Law Degree UTAS Contract

This contract (the «Contract») is entered into on this day between the University of Tasmania (referred to as «UTAS») and the recipient (referred to as «Student»).

Terms Conditions

Clause Description
1 UTAS agrees to provide the Student with a law degree program, in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the university.
2 The Student agrees to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by UTAS, and to maintain satisfactory academic progress throughout the duration of the program.
3 UTAS reserves the right to modify the program, including but not limited to changes in curriculum, course offerings, and faculty, as deemed necessary.
4 The Student agrees to pay tuition and other fees as required by UTAS, in accordance with the university`s policies and procedures.
5 Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from this Contract through arbitration, in accordance with the laws of the state of Tasmania.
